A Big Day of Ministry at the L.J.H.M. Conference! - Day 2
This was a great day of ministry and God demonstrating His power. I am thankful for God’s anointing. It was difficult to minister through an interpreter, but somehow God always seemed to get the point across to the people. John Eaton started the day with a powerful word. God really used John mightily. John made it easy to follow Him. He had wet everyone's appetite for all that God had for them. Worship in a language you can’t understand is great. One, because it forces you to worship and not just sing. Secondly, because the Spirit of God moved and you could sense it in your Spirit. I enjoyed preaching that morning maybe more than ever since we had been in the Philippines. I finally started feeling comfortable with the interpreter and felt like I could communicate and flow better. God really began to move during the altar time. I always enjoy seeing God touch people but there is something special about seeing these precious people get a supernatural touch from God. Cindy spoke this afternoon and she did a wonderful job and I think she taught more that afternoon than I did the whole trip so far. She did such a great job. All of our team was wonderful to travel and minister with and Cindy’s experience really showed forth. The evening meeting was great. God was faithful in every way. After God moved on His people, they began to worship the Lord and it was AWESOME! I wondered of anything could top this day. Well there is tomorrow! Loving God and Missing My Kids, Pastor Aaron

Pastor’s and Leader’s Conference—Day One
This was a great conference put on by Lift Jesus Higher Fellowship. The first night was definitely Spirit lead. God moved prophetically and spoke into the life of the L.J.H.F. leaders as well as those who attended. This is not like any conference I have ever been to. These people are desperate for God. They cry out for Him and will do what ever it takes to have his presents in their lives. God is truly moving in these churches and their leadership. One amazing thing is how much many of them will sacrifice to just be in a conference like this one. They crowded into the back of farm trucks, seventy to a hundred at a time. They will sleep on the floor. Literally they will do what ever it takes to get more of God. So many Americans talk about their fears of an economical collapse in America. I have to say that if that happened and it might drive us to reach out to God like they do. That could be the best thing for America. My prayer is that we would turn to God with out that kind of problem or persecution. I want America to be strong financially so we can reach out to these people both at home and abroad. I want Crossfire Ministries Strong for the same reasons. For each of us, we can decide for ourselves that we want to be strong in the Spirit. We can decide to “seek ye first the kingdom of God” You Decide? Pastor Aaron

Meeting with City officials, They have their hands full, the Church Needs to Help!
We met with City and Squatter Village leaders. They are great people and are doing their best with very limited resources. They said they would be glad to help with anything we could do. Pray that the right Ministry Feeding Coordinator is found in Pastor Ronnie's church. I couldn't make any promises until we are paying our basic bills. Please pray for wisdom on how to best fund this feeding ministry. Love Pastor Aaron

Squatter Village - Sweeties!
This was a unreal joy and moment with some of the sweetest kids in the world. Please pray for these children. We are hopeing to orginize a regular feeding and balanced diet program for the children in the near future. Crossfire needs to have an increase in our finances so we can get them the help they need, as well as the mountain churches, in the near future. We had a great time, singing and feeding these wonderful children. These are often forgotten children. We were going to go meet a family from the church and ended up falling in love with these wonderful children one week previously. We had to go back to see them and I can't wait to get them some help. We fed them, and went and got some sodas at a local sari sari store. One of our team handed out some candy and a little guy named Josh came over and wanted to share a peice with me. I can't even really express my heart and this experience. It goes way beyond words. I just rips your heart. We ended our time with a prayer and kisses all around. then we went to see the city officials to see how we could help make some changes. Please Help Me Feed These Kids, Aaron

Bacolod City Jail, Ten give their hearts to the Lord and many asked to be filled with the Spirit of God without measure!
We went to the Bacolod, City Prison and found hungry people. Hungry people, because in much of the Philippines if you go to jail you had better hope to have family or friends who will bring you food or you will starve to death. Hungry spiritual, because we watched them receive the Word and respond. We brought hot rolls and sodas for all the prisoners who came to chapel. We also had ten give their hearts to the Lord and many more who came up for prayer that they would be filled with the Spirit. It was a fulfilling Day. I even did O.K. speaking with rats crawling above my head. Gary Fondren followed my Word of encouragement. Gary did a great job and ten gave their hearts to the Lord. Many more came forward to be filled with the spirit. The prisoners led worship and afterwards they sang a special prison choir song. I loved the group and individual ministry. I met many in the churches who have been released and had been saved in this ministry while serving their time.

Jail Ministry in Bilabogen!
A few months ago a when Gary Fondren visited the Philippines he visited a jail in Bilabogen. I believe twelve gave their hearts to Jesus. This is a picture of Gary’s follow up visit. All the men in that small prison were still serving God and having a Bible study weekly. Two more who had recently entered the prison, also accepted Jesus on this visit. Gary came back and said the prison is 100% serving Jesus, even the jailer.

Teaching and Demonstrating Constantly! Heart of David Ministries of Crossfire
Cindy and Joanne have been working diligently with Salome and her H.O.D. tambourine and banner team to exchange information and learn from each other on this trip. They have really united in vision and purpose and we are expecting for the Lord to continue to grow this covenant relationship. It was hard to keep track what they were doing, because every time you would turn around they were practicing or working on something. I really appreciate both Cindy and Joanne because they have an amazing heart for God and for the ministry God has given them. The heritage that God has given Cindy with planting these teams is outstanding. I am so happy that she has gotten to see the teams and see what God has done through her diligence, perseverance and prophetic leadership. Pastor Aaron

Mountain Church, Murcia, Nigros Philippines
I meet Pastor Danny & Didey Pachoro out in front of the church building they had built themselves in the mountains high above Bacolod. What a dedicated man of God who pastors this little church. He spends his week helping the forty or so members. He walks miles in the hot sun or pouring rain depending of the time of year. He does it all to help the people he loves very much. He prays with them, teaches them and encourages them. There are times he will even just lend a helping had to the farmers so they can take care of their families. We came in and meet all the wonderful people there. We meet Gil who was raised fro the dead. We meet young and old a like. They all had such a sweet spirit about them. We began worship. A young man began to lead with his guitar and then you heard a strange kind of drum set. I opened my eyes from worshiping at I notice a young man in the front corner. He had what looked like an old speaker cabinet without the speakers. Thin wood on one side and thicker wood on the other side. They had done the best with what they had. I looked over at John Eaton and he was crying uncontrollably. They were happy to do their best with what they have always hoping and praying for things to improve but not one word of complaint. I then got a chance to speak to them and I told them how much they are an encouragement to me and to the entire team. After I spoke the wanted prayer. I hope you understand these people aren’t able to go to the doctor. They get sick and without a miracle many of them die. So we began to pray. They began to pull the power of God out of me. These people trusted God. Then they began to show how God had touched them. Can’t move his leg and he starts moving it. It was great. Arthritis and one woman said the pain is gone. It was an amazing afternoon. They didn’t want us to go. They hung out and took pictures with us, hugged us, talked with us. It was a great and challenging time. We left there different. A Man Raised From The Dead After Ninteen Hours! Asks for a Drink of Water.
A year ago a man named Gil Died in Minuyan Philippines. He and his wife had recently became members of a rural Mountain Church outside of Bacolod straight up into the Mountain. He was much loved and they began to Pray. After a few hours some accepted his death and began building him a casket. They were ready to put him in the casket to bury him when he sat up and said he was thirsty. He told of a story of going to heaven and being told it wasn’t time for him yet. This is the short version. Next thing he knew he was waking up. That was a year ago. He came of for prayer for his arthritic knees today and God took away His pain. Meeting this kind and gentle man was amazing. Visiting his Church was even life impacting. Pastor Aaron

Bible Giveaway in Bacolod Church!
The 1st Sunday I was here I spoke at the Bacolod church. I asked for anyone who didn’t own a Bible of their own to raise their hand. At first no one raised their hand. I didn’t realize they were embarrassed that they were a Christian and didn’t own their own Bible. Pastor Ronnie who was translating assured them I wasn’t trying to embarrass them but that I wanted to help them. They began to stand up. Hundreds stood. We had brought study Bibles for some of the pastors and as many personal Bibles as we could but I didn’t know if we had enough. I also realized, that while many of the people did speak English, there were also many who only spoke Elongo. I told them that we had brought Bibles from the U.S. to Manila and we were having them shipped the rest of the way this coming week. I told them I would make it my mission to help them get a bible that they could read. NOW, the 2nd time (one week later) I spoke in the Bacolod Church we were equipped with many Bibles for the people. Only English and probably not enough, but we brought what we could get a hold of. Some of the Bibles were the ones people from Crossfire Family Worship Center bought and some were the ones donated by Harvest House Publishers in Eugene. After the morning meeting was all over we asked the people to come. Oh, did they come. No one pushed, no one grabbed but almost all of them cried. Our entire teamed cried as they handed out Bibles and proceeded to pray for each one. Some who didn’t speak English asked if they could get one to have a friend read to them. We said yes through interrupters and just kept handing them out. Then one of the saddest things that could of happened, happened. We ran out of Bibles and we had to choose who would get one and who wouldn’t. They began to prefer one another and if family members had two they would give one to someone without one. They stayed around for a long time asking about their bibles asking us to write our names in the Bibles for them. Some even asked if we could write their names in the Bibles for them. This was a rewarding day. I pray when I go back to be able to supply Elongo and Degalo Bibles to those who need them. If you could have only been there it would have changed your life as it did ours. Thank you for all those who helped make this possible through your donations. Pastor Aaron & Team

A Humbling Offering!
I had finished preaching, and conducted the foot washing service. We hadn’t mentioned anything about the Bible Giveaway yet but Pastor Ronnie said we needed to wait a moment. He got up and spoke in their Degalo language so we didn’t know what he was saying. All we knew is that he was taking up an offering and he had asked the people to do their very best. Then we went on with the rest of the service and gave away the Bibles. We were ready to leave to get something to eat before we headed into the mountains for an evening meeting. Their head usher came up and handed me a bag and I believe she said, “this is for you and we did our very best.” I looked inside and there were thousands of Pesos. Later when we counted it we found it to be almost 10,000 pesos. (about 200.00) Granted, this is the largest and most prosperous church in Lift Jesus Higher Fellowship, but to our standards they still have very little. I began to cry (in my heart I wanted to scream, No, we came to give not take). I said absolutely nothing, because I knew that these wonderful people were just wanting to show their love and appreciation. It all worked out O.K. because we were able to find many ways to give it back and much more than that. This shows their heart and sacrifice. It was also very humbling. I figured out now why some of them chuccled when I walked up and gave in the offering as I did at every offering. They must have thought it funny for me to give in an offering that was taken up for us. Love and Miss you all. Pastor Aaron

Pastors Serve One Another and Bring Better Unity to the Body of Christ!
As I closed the morning meeting I told the congregation that I didn’t want them to think we had come thinking we were better than them. We had come to serve and the whole time we had been there they have treated us as kings. I wanted them to know that the covenant between Ronnie and I extends to them. I told them that if I thought I could I would wash all of their feet. I then asked Ronnie and Salome to come and have a seat up front. He immediately began to cry and so did I. I told the congregation that my serving of their Pastor extended to each of them. I told them we are not called to be an elder brother but a sister church. This means if they have a need (and they do) we have a need (and we do). I believe God will honor this and help us all our needs be met according to His riches in glory. Pastor Aaron

Sunday Morning Worship in Bacolod w/ Sister Church
Sunday Morning we spent back at Pastor Ronnie’s church in Bacolod. Jon accompanied the Lift Jesus Higher worship team for an anointed worship service. God’s presence was very evident. Their church is much like ours in that the H.O.D. team also joins with the worship team to play the tambourine and banners. They are a very talented team. It is awesome to see such unity in these ladies. For the message, I spoke on being bound to the Lord, so where He goes, you go. Being that close to Him that you feel every move He makes. The congregation really responded and God moved. Fishy Stuff!
Fish here are plenteous. As we flew over and drove by we found the sealine is full of fishing boats. Men trying to provide for their families by catching fish. This is done the old fashion way of fishing and in most cases it is not very rewarding. For that reason you can purchase fish very reasonable. All shapes, sizes and kinds are in the sea and also in their market places. It makes me remember the passage where Jesus said to His disciples “if you will follow me I will make you fishers of men.” God began to prepare them a course of Christian living. I don’t mean for this to gross you out or if you love seafood like me, to cause you to be hungry. Mmm mmm Good! Our hosts fixed us lots of seafood! I LOVE SEAFOOD!

Twenty-two Baptized Along With Two Pastors
I had the privilege to baptize twenty-two candidates this morning. We had a time of instruction then we went out into the Pacific Ocean to baptize in the warm water. Gary and Merle also renewed their commitment with being baptized in the Philippines where she was born. It was a great day. I submitted myself to be baptized by Pastor Ronnie as a sign of submission and covenant with Pastor Ronnie and Lift Jesus Higher Fellowship. After he baptized me, he submitted himself also to baptism by me symbolizing the same covenant. Our Covenant and submission to God and to each other. A woman from Ronnie’s Church had a vision of an eagle coming down and putting a talon on each of our shoulders. Ronnie and I both had a confirmation that is was legitimate. It meant God was going to unify us together in our ministers and let us soar in supernatural and governmental things together. All praise and Glory be to our God who renews our strength as eagles. Fun with Jonathon or at Jon! HA HA
Jon with a little time on his hands and he can’t help but try and teach us all some of his important skills. Just for the team and our hosts, Jon put on a clinic of sorts. These were drills he had learned in the National Guard. His First one was on how to surrender and look happy about it. The second was the art of thinking before you act. Jon later cried as he shared his personal failures in both of these area. One thing we can be sure of, if Jon is ever in the a U.S. Army again and he gets captured by the enemy, well, he is going to be a good sport about it all, and throw a party before being tortured. If everything goes right, when the party is over he will have time to think about what happened to him. Soon the heat stroke was over and Jon got back to his worship leader, little self.

I am sure that the lice problem is not in biblical proportions but it is a real problem. It seems like everyplace you drive you will drive past someone young or old picking lice out of someone else’s hair. This wasn’t a big problem for me because you have to have hair to get head lice. One more benefit of me not having hair. In all seriousness, not having hair was a great benefit because I didn’t have to worry who I picked up or hugged. Bald is handy, Aaron

Friday we began our trek back to the Occidental side of Negros Island. On the way Pastor Ronnie and the team planned for us to see some of the sites including one of the white sand beaches on the way that is called Jumabo. To get there we had to get on a very small boat (believe it or not, it is a coast guard boat) because it was a small secluded island about 15 minutes away. We spent the afternoon on the island relaxing and taking in the beautiful sights and HOT weather (m wife loves it, we all sweat to death). The water was beautiful and very warm. The boys (Jon, John, & Danny) and Kristy got burned and it was an all around good afternoon of fun, fellowship and snorkeling.

City Wide Crusade in Escalante 300+ Accept Christ!!!
We arrived in Escalante not quite knowing what to expect. We were warmly greeted by a wonderful meal (Philippinos sure like to feed us). We had heard that the Government was in support of the concert/crusade, but to our surprise we were amazed to see huge banners posted around the city including the main city center. The banners read: The City Government of Escalante warmly welcomes Television Evangelist Aaron Taylor and company from Crossfire Ministries Springfield, OR U.S.A. Soon after that we were off to meet the Mayor. That was a very honoring experience. We were then off to the concert which was held in the main plaza in the city. Imagine a huge 3 story mall with a food court that can easily seat 1000+ people. That is where we had the concert. There was easily 1000 in attendance. The Crusade began with incredible worship. Our own Jonathon Fargher joined with the Lift Jesus Higher Fellowship’s Worship team to usher us into the presence of the Lord. The worship was very anointed and the presence of the Lord was evident in that place. I was then privileged then to bring forth the Word of the Lord. Following the Word was an astounding altar call. Over 300 came forward for salvation. We began then praying for the sick and God began miraculously touching people. We ended the night with more worship in which the people couldn’t get enough of. We worshipped late into the night. It was truly a powerful time in the Lord and we feel very blessed to have been a part of this great outreach! Pastor Aaron

Testimony from Escalante City, Crusade by Jingle Belle Sangalang
I am your sister in Christ, the one who runs an internet cafe here in Escalante. I grew up in church but I joined Christianity when my husband brought me here in Escalante City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. Since then, I attended his church service every sunday at Buenavista Church of God. At first, I was hesitant to join their praise and worship because I feel awkward singing the songs with body movements. I thought that all songs for God should be solemn to sing. But I adopted it months later.
When I gave birth to our second child, I got sick after 4 months. I almost near to death. I had very high fever, I got chilled everytime, I vomit, everything. I did not eat for almost 4 days cause I cannot swallow the food. I could not even get out of bed.
The time was 2am, I prayed to our Good Lord to please heal me because my 2 lovely daughters are too young to be left by their mother. On the next day, I ask my co-members in the church to go to our house and pray for my recovery. That night, Friday, I was chilling and had a very high fever. They raised their hands on my head and they said that they felt a hot air coming out of my head. That same night at 12 midnight, I felt hunger, I was really shocked cause I can taste the food. I ate. Saturday morning, I felt good,I even went to the market to buy food cause I'm going to have my thanksgiving that night. I had an instant healing because I was healed in less than 24 hours.
That was my story that is why accepted Christ into my heart. I am an active member of our church now.
Last April 06, 2006, Pastor Aaron and company went here in Escalante City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. He made a crusade and a healing prayer. I was so blessed being prayed and touched by him. I felt so relief after that. I have asthma since child. When he said to come forward those who have asthma and wanted to be healed, I asked his wife, if I can come not only for me but also for my daughter. She said, yes I can. His wife is very approachable, thanks to her. When he touched my head, there was, I dont know but its like I was grounded by electricity that came from my head towards to my body. I cried when I felt that. After that, I really felt I as if I was newly born cause I felt my body having extra strength.
The second time I experienced this was when the woman named Cindy Parnelltouched me, but her power is so strong. Before, I thought that all those people who were touched by the pastor and lie down afterwards were just an act. That night, I experienced it by myself because she was not yet done praying for my sickness to be healed as well as for my father's, I felt my knees were shaking. I even hold her arm but I continued to lie down. Good thing there was someone on my back to catch me and lay me slowly to the floor. I would like to open my eyes but I couldn't. I feel so relax having my eyes closed. I cried and cried. When I was lying on the floor, I felt having no strength but I continued to pray and when I open my eyes and stand up, I saw Cindy beside me again. I sat down on the chair and the woman came back to me and prayed again for me. Thanks to you, sister.
I am truly grateful to know you all, Pastor Aaron and company. I had my testimony in our church and I told them that I feel so blessed being prayed and touched by you all, especially to Pastor Aaron. Please let me say this: THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL TIME THAT I EXPERIENCED WITH YOU ALL. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE PRAYERS!!! GOD BLESS YOU MORE!
Note:
Sorry because my testimony is long. I just want to share my personal instant healing before and after by Pastor Aaron and company. Thank you. God Bless you!

How Far They Walk.................................
The faithfulness of the people is amazing. They walk for miles through canyons, across rivers and through fields. The two above pictures are of older folks who walked a half hour from a mountain area to come to Bong's church. They are faithful each week and make it to most special services. They are in their sixties and will be walking back home tonight although it is past 10:00 p.m. The wonderful lady below is a charter member of the church in Teyasan for over twenty years. She has faithfully attend each and every church meeting for years. The most incredible thing is that she walks around 6+ miles. Across rough terrain. She crosses over the river on foot thirteen plus times. She is faithful, rain or shine. The temperatures range from 70 –100 degrees with high humidity. She brings a change of clothes. She washes up and changes her clothes in the church bathroom and is ready to worship the Lord. She asked me to pray for her family because they don’t serve the Lord and no one will come to church with her. This is why they have these mountain churches scattered everywhere. This lady is in her late fifties and as sweet as can be. I will ask Bong this week what her name is. Please keep her in your prayers. Pastor Aaron

Looking for a Mountain Pastor for Their Village!
These are men from a church way high in the mountains. They showed up in Bong’s church one Sunday and asked if Bong would help them get a church in the mountains for their people. He said “he would help them” and they were excited. Two weeks later the showed back up and said they built a church building and he needs to come be there Pastor now. Bong traveled up to find a wonderful church building they had already built. He said they trained and put a pastor in place but so far it hasn’t worked out. Right now Bong goes into the mountains once a month to work with the people and teach them about Jesus. They are satisfied for now but are hoping for someone with a vision for this people and this area. Until then these men are working with Pastor Bong to reach their people. Please Pray for these people with a huge heart for God and their People.

To say they have sacrificed and given of themselves is a great understatement. We had a great time of Worship. They have a wonderful worship team with people like us who love to praise and celebrate God. THe H.O.D. Team was excellent and once again made Cindy cry. We were so blessed while traveling to be able to meet and fellowship with Bong & Perl and their church members. These where the same people who received the bible from me 22 years ago. They were so hospitable and between meetings they opened their home to us and fed us amazing food including the best chicken we have every had. Bong and Perl have a home that is right next to the church with a roof made of grass. It is a beautiful roof but not at all practical. It leaks severely when it rains and she has put plastic in her roof on the inside to try to stop the leaks. She has even used plastic placemats to try to patch the leaky roof. We saw this desperate need and God began to work on my heart. Their daughter told us that Perl desperately wants a tin roof and she saves her money for it, but she has such a big heart and she keeps giving the money away to mountain churches who need the money much more than she. Every time she saves, she just ends up giving it away. We have decided to help them in putting on a tin roof while it is not yet the rainy season. The rainy season is approaching and it will be impossible to put the roof on during that time, so we are going to help while it is still the summer months. I know that our church back home has many needs but they seem to all pale in comparison to the needs here. Continue to pray for blessing and favor in their lives as the serve.

Pigs Help Spread the Gospel
These may seem like ordinary pigs but they are more than that. I am amazed at the resourcefulness of these people. Pastor Bong raises pigs and teaches his mountain Pastors how to raise them so they can contribute to the church and take care of their families. I sure appreciate their heart to be self supporting. These are our brothers and sisters in Christ so it is important to remember that while they are doing their best to be self supporting, we do our best to reach out to those who are doing the work with less advantages than we have. I feel privileged to be able to help such a great group of people and look forward to our future together Pioneering this area and reaching many remote areas that need the gospel and need our support. It is amazing that God could use these pigs to spread the Gospel isn’t. Learning How to Raise Pigs, Pastor Aaron

Guincalaban Mountain Church, Lift Jesus Higher Fellowship
We arrived a the Guincalaban Lift Jesus Higher Fellowship. The church is set in the middle of a small village literally miles from nowhere. The Pastor is Patricio but everyone calls him “Papa.” He and his family live in a native hut suspended off of the ground a few feet. At first we thought he was shy, but realized that he is a powerful man of God. His father for years had prayed for a church, he now is older and attends the church. Everyone calls him Abraham. 200+ people crammed in their small church building which was no more than 3 ft high walls and a roof. This church is taken care of like it was the crystal cathedral. Their worship was second to none and their love for one another was more than I had ever seen in any American church. There was a powerful move of God. Many were slained in the spirit and some testified of being healed. The language barrier was difficult because very few actually spoke in English, but people from Pastor Ronnie’s Church teamed up with each of us so that we could pray effectively and afterwards visit and get to know these wonderful people. I spoke with some about the Lord. One man explained to me how they farmed Coconuts and got them down the mountain to the market so that they could support their village and their church. This had to be one of the most rewarding experiences of my life and I heard that that echoed in our team over and over. This team has possibly the best Heart of David Tambourine team we have ever seen. They were simply amazing. This church has already planted many other mountain churches. They showed us with binoculars that you could see over to another mountain to one of our other sister churches. These mountain churches are literally scattered all over the island of Negros. When we first arrived the children were extremely shy and scared of us “big” white folks. We were able to talk with them, play with them and hand out candy and by the time that we left, they were giving us high 5, hugs and kisses. It was sad to have to leave after having shared in worship, the Word, fellowship and the wonderful meal that they prepared for us. But we had to get down the mountain because it began to rain and we had to cross a river bridge in our vehicles where the water actually flows over the bridge. See the “Going to the Mountain” pictures and you will understand what I mean. This church will forever be in our hearts and they have asked if we could bring a team to teach them drama and puppets as well as H.O.D. and special music. I asked one girl what they did for fun and her reply was, “All we do is work, go to church and sit in our huts.” Please keep our sister church in Guincalaban in your prayers. Pastor Aaron and Team.

Traveling to the Mountain Churches
We are headed to the Mountains. The trip is a 2-3 hour trip on very rough roads. As we pass, the motorcycles speeding down the mountain with 4-7 people on one motorcycle, I am always amazed. We have passed three native huts with people using lice combs to remove the lice which in many areas are epidemic. Under these living conditions it is astounding that everyone we have seen is so clean. If you see a river you will see people bathing in it. They bath in ditches and under hand pumps. They wash their clothes by hand and their clothes are clean and always well kept. Even as we went to the squatter village we saw people washing their clothes in buckets. I have such a high respect for the hard work and resourcefullness of this people just to take care of themselves. Aaron

Pastors Come From the Mountains for Fellowship!
These Pastors walked for miles to have some fellowship. They had heard we were going to be at Papa's Church so they walked to worship with us. they asked if next time we would consider visiting their people at their church. These are some wonderful men of God with a commitment that is unbelivable. They have all been trained by Pastor Fred, Pastor Ronnie, or Pastor Bong personally. They are intellegent, passionate, and anointed Pastors who love the people God has called them to. They could inspire anyone with the hearts and commitment. This Pastor stands inspired and challenged.

A Gift That Has Bore Fruit and Keeps On Bearing Fruit in Many Other Lives! (A Must Read Story)
This is an amazing story of a gift that bears fruit. Right before I left for the Philippines, I heard a story of a lady Pastor who said, “she had a Bible that was given to her twenty-two years ago. By a man named Aaron Taylor.” I thought back and I did remember Leon Willis raising money for Study Bibles to be given out in the Philippines for Pastors and Church Leaders. I didn’t realize that Lady Pastor was the wife of Bong Nimer. Bong and His wife Perly are not only Pastors, but they also have planted and look after many mountain churches. When we went up to our first mountain church to minister I had this lady ask me if my name was Aaron L. I said, “yes it is” and she said that she had been given a Bible from me in 1984. She told me that it is well used and well marked but that it is still the study Bible she uses today. She showed me the Bible. It was well used but also well taken care of. She keeps it in a case and also in a plastic sealed bag so the humidity doesn’t ruin it. What she doesn’t know is that I have bought Her a new Thompson Chain Study Reference Bible that I will be presenting to her next week at the Pastors/ Leaders Convention that I will be speaking at. This blessed me to know something given so long ago is still bearing fruit. This is a lady who you will hear more about tomorrow because we will be visiting their church, eating in their home and they will be our companions during some of our visits. Keep Perl and Bong in your prayers. They are some of the most selfless people I have ever met! Pastor Aaron L. Taylor

Ministering in Guihulngan, Philippines
We traveled to Guihulngan to minister in the church of Sanper & Cathy Colegio. God had his way in the services. This is a small church full of people on fire for God. Yet remember, Catholicism is the religion of the country. I preached on the virgin birth and why mother Mary is not deity. Most importantly, I spoke on how Christ is deity and He (no one else) died for their sins. Some raised their hands for salvation and received prayer. I prayed for two young men who were filled with the Spirit and began speaking in tongues. I thought so but the pastor reassured me that they were not speaking in any language he knew. Really these two young men were really caught up in the Spirit, it was awesome. God moved supernaturally. Many were saved, some rededicated their lives and others testified of healings. It was really amazing. The whole team ministered and saw some great results. God gave me a word for the Pastors and a very vivid word for Cathy. Later this family fed us dinner. These are some of the kindest people I have ever met. We found out after the meeting that they live upstairs in the attic of the stage in a room divided into three parts. Seven people live there in this very small area. Five of them are adults with college educations. They said it was O.K. for now but they were hoping to find some place to live when the church grows a little bigger. My plan is to begin to help these wonderful people as God allows us to expand our Missions giving. Their Churches stand with out walls. Their Pastors with very little and a heart to do so much. This particular church doesn’t have an overhead projector so the write their songs out on a chalk board and hold it up so people can learn the new songs. They use what they have. They are very resourceful and yet they don’t complain. They just keep doing what they can for the Lord. These, I believe will be great in heaven. We in our American lives often have so much and in comparison, do so little. I am thankful to not only be supporting these churches but to be sister Churches with such great men and women of God. Lift Jesus Higher Ayugon, Negros Island, Philippines
On our way back from the mountain church meeting we were headed to the evening meeting to be held in a the coastal town Guihulngan. On the way, we stopped by the Ayugon Church to encourage the Pastors and see their work. Henry and Helen are the pastors of this wonderful place. They are great people with a huge heart to serve others. They live in a parsonage of brick next to the church. They pump their water from a hand pump out in front of their church. One thing I have noticed is that all of the pastors live very modestly. In fact they put all they have into the church, and their homes are in need (to say the very least). I asked him what these tubes were that were hanging on the wall. He told me they were for their building fund. He said he was hoping to put a new floor in the sanctuary one day. He told me how God told him to hang these bamboo tubes on the wall, then cut a slit in them for people to put coins into. God moved on my heart to contribute some to their building fund. I gave a 500P bill in the slot and he got very excited. He told Pastor Ronnie that I had put a lot of money into their building fund. The truth is, I had only given about $10.00 U.S. So little money does so much to help these people. This church is doing well and unlike many, this pastor actually has a vehicle (pictured above). Cindy is pictured here with some of the tambourines hanging on the wall. They have a Heart of David, Tambourine Ministry. These are wonderful pastors with a heart after God. Please keep them in your prayers.

They are much more than our hosts they are truly our friends. All of the people and Pastors they work with are the most habitable people in the world. Above are some roadside pictures. The rough roads through the sugar cane to get from one place of ministry to the next. Danny and myself contemplating swimming with the water buffalo. I really just hope to ride one before our trip is over. The sugar cane trucks and the line of bike and motorcycle taxis. We pray, all your travels are safe. 1st Mountain Church Experiance, Pinajah, Bindoy, Negros Island, Philippines
Going to the a mountain Church was an experience of a lifetime for all of us. There are many other Mountain churches. On the day we went to Bindoy, two other pastors from churches more remote that this one came to visit and support the Bindoy Church. We were celebrating the seventh anniversary of this great church. People walk to this church faithfully every Sunday for miles. They bring their children, worship together, preach, they always pray for one another, eat together and then head home for the long walk home. We met so many wonderful children and families. They love God just like we do. They are our family and you knew it when you began to talk with them and especially worship with them. The pastor in the Bindoy area is Pastor Bordit Mijares. He is a wonderful man who lives in a hut next to the church. He and his family sleep on small mats on the floor and they have very little this world has to offer but they are rich in the love of God. They are rich in the spiritual things of life. We had church, like nothing I had ever experienced. If the pictures were bigger you could see the joy on these farmers faces. There was enough joy to fill my heart over and over again. We worshiped with them, and then our team sang for them. I spoke a word and then the whole team prayed and loved on the people. After the meeting they feed us so wonderfully. We had fresh fruit and wonderful Philippino Food. I wish the entirety of Crossfire Ministries could have been here for this great time of the unity in the body of Christ. Pastor Aaron

Met a girl named LB that made me miss my children even MORE (if thats possible)!
I met this very sweet young lady high up in a mountain village. Her name was LB. I was excited and had to get a picture to send home. The reason is that "LB" is what I call my oldest daughter. I miss my children so much I did't think anything could make me miss them more, but I was wrong. This is a shout out to Lauren, Haley and Jet. Love and miss you very much. You are the best! Both Kristy and I can't wait to see you and give you big hugs. I can't wait to tell everyone about all the experiences but especially my kids. Time is counting down to when we go home so we are staying as busy with kingdom business as we can. Aaron

Along the Way to the Mountain Churches
We left Bacolod headed for the Mountain Churches. We were actually headed to the other side of the Island and then up into the mountains. Picture # 1. Catholic monuments, Buddhist and Mormon artifacts and churches are scattered all over. This is a land with a lot of religion but less than 2% call themselves born again Christians. The great thing is that they are unbelievably open to the Gospel. Picture #2. We passed hundreds of animals tied by the road. Goats, Pigs, Caribaou (Water Buffalo). People tie and leave animals wherever there is grass or water for their animals. Picture # 3 & 4. The Ocean and the mountains. The landscape is beautiful. The ocean water is crystal clear. Picture # 5. People ride many people on one motorcycle. This is a picture of three full grown men. We have seen up to seven on one normal motorcycle. We are trying to get a picture with seven people on one motorcycle. Its hard because the go so fast with so many men, women, children and even babies. Picture #6 & 7. We Traveled over very rough and smooth roads. Picture #8 People carry stuff every place. #9 Sugar Cane Field, #10 Riding Water Buffalo is common transportation. Pictures #11 & 12 People dry their rice along the side of the road, often blocking most of one lane. It takes a one full day of hot weather to dry the rice. Picture #13. A lady wearing a McDonalds hat had a food stand with bottles of warm water for people passing by. She is sweeping her dirt floor. These people are extremely resourceful and with very difficult living conditions they still keep themselves very clean. Picture #14 is heart breaking. It is of one of the hundreds of very small children walking down the road with no parent or person in sight. Small children just wander around somewhat aimless. Picture #15 demonstrates how small these people typically are and how large I am. This cart with a bike will hold 2 to 8 Philippino people. Our hosts are great and the trip was an education of culture and helped me gain great respect for the people I am ministering to. Aaron Taylor

Accomodations in the Philippines!
We have been very well taken care of while in the Philippines. We have been safe and although where we have been is hot, humid and even dirty our evenings have been safe and clean. While in Bacolod we have had a great place to stay. What I have realized is that this culture has many differences. I thought I would share a few differences. While on the other side of Negros Island we stayed in a “resort.” Ronnie told me that he wanted to get the best accommodations available for us. We had to divide the teem into three places because Ronnie insisted we had air conditioning although we insisted we didn’t need it. The hotels have one or two A/C rooms if they have it at all. The best in town is very different than the states. Where the common person lives is only a shadow of what we expect. The setting was great. We were on the beach with coral reefs. In the Philippines they don’t commonly use toilet paper. You use your LEFT hand. (that’s why you shake hands with your right hand only). That is why they keep a bucket next to the toilet to clean up with. We carry toilet paper with us. If you have toilet paper you are warned to not flush it. If there is a shower, showers are typically only cold and very little water pressure. Shower or not there is a bucket with a scooper to wash up with. As far as bugs? Two different worlds. The picture of the shower is a line of ants running from the top to the bottom of the shower. Ants are not a big deal. The reason is: there are lizards everywhere. They are in you rooms, churches, houses, they are everyplace. People don’t kill them, if fact they are glad they are there because they eat mosquitoes. Bedding? Only sheets. Why do you need blankets? It is hot all the time, day or night. Oh, yeah, don't drink the water, not even the ice. There are many more differences but none of them are a very big deal. Just different. Driving, now that is a crazy difference. We will leave that for another blog. Living large (I am always large) in the Philippines. Aaron or as the kids call me “Big Joe!”

Headed for the mountains & getting fitted to fit in!
We are leaving early in the morning for the Mountain Churches. This picture is of the traditional huts. They use it for their prayer and a deliverance Hut here in Bacolod City, Lift Jesus Higher Church. Today we spent most of the day buying material and getting fitted for Barongs. They are traditional clothing they would like us to wear at next weeks convention. Today we also acquired tracks (thanks to Gary) for a large distribution. Even though we brought Bibles, we needed more. The Bibles we brought are not enough. When I realized, Yesterday, that one third of the people in Ronnie's church don't have a Bible. I promised to buy them all a Bible by next Sunday. We ordered them and the local Bible Society cut me a great deal. This is an eternal investment worth it's weight in Gold. When you meet these people you fall in love with them immediately. They are not at all pretentious or angry. No matter what they have or do not have they are just genuinely kind. Please keep us in your prayers. I will keep you posted as I can. Pastor Aaron & Team

Planning For The New Philipines Crossfire Masters Commission School of Ministry!
We are now in the beginning stages of planting a Crossfire Masters Commission here in the Bacolod City. There are still a lot of things to do in preparation for this ministry and we will need much prayer to see this vision fulfilled. Through planting a school of ministry we also have the opportunity to teach converted Muslims how to evangelize to other Muslims in their home cities.

A God Directed Prayer!
When we got back from the squatter Village (Bacolod Projects) we went directly to the youth meeting already in progress. They were getting ready to pray for one another. I began helping them pray for all the youth that came. After praying for a few, God directed me to a young Girl. God gave me a Word for her but I was impressed to ask her what she wanted prayer for. She couldn't tell me because she was sobbing. She finally said for my Dad. Then Pastor Ronnie came up to me and told me that she lived in the squatters village we had just came from. She wasn’t there because she was in the youth meeting. I realized we had just prayed with her Dad. He is blind and we had even taken a picture of Ronnie and her Dad. I had a word for her (this is the short version due to her privacy) I saw her laying in the dark crying out and God wanted me to tell her that “he had heard her cry, and that God was working things out.” She then asked for prayer because she tries to get her school work done but because of her living conditions it is really hard. Her Mom, Dad and her four sisters live in an area smaller than most Americans smallest bedroom. We made a plan for the team and I to come visit her again. I told her about us going to her village and praying with her dad. I told her to tell her neighborhood friends that her friend from church will be coming back to see them. That was a promise I will be keeping for sure. This was a divinely directed encounter. Not planed by us by led by God.

Giving a Free Gift in Bacolod Projects! Many Receiving Salvation
After the incredible meeting in the morning we all went together and got a quick bite to eat. Then we all had different things to do. Some went to the youth meeting others to talk with a Muslim convert. Ronnie had asked if Kristy and I would just spend some time with him. He wanted to take us to a resort so we would have a nice place to sit and talk. (we never made it to the resort). I said sure but I asked if he would show me where the most hurting people were in the city. He took us to some of the most destitute areas I have ever seen. These pictures do not capture what is was like, not even a little. He showed us where a family from his church lived. They were not home but we began talking to a lady and her son so they invited us to their house. This house consisted of a 8x10 area with partial dirt floors and some cement chunks. Random boxes and scrap boards made up the house/shack. We talked for a while, explained salvation and led her to the Lord. We invited her to Ronnie’s Church and she said she would come with her neighbor next week to hear me speak. As we walked between these shacks stacked one on to of another with no water no sewage just people stacked on top of each other. They would smile and say Hi some afraid to make contact. I told Ronnie I wanted to give them something. We found a little lady who sold soda out of her shack. I bought all she had and began to invite the children to come and get a free soda. They were reluctant and shy at first. I had to start by putting it into a few of their hands. They began to laugh and say thank-you. Pretty soon there were more kids than soda so I went back and bought all the one liter sodas. They were very polite and when the soda ran out they began to share with each other. They couldn’t believe what we were doing. Then we explained that we had come here to give them something free. What we came to give them was much better than the soda, it was salvation in Jesus. As far as the eye could see in corners and corridors people were praying the sinners prayer with us. They had nothing and they needed Jesus. We spent some time with them took pictures and hugged them. We would take pictures and show the kids the pictures on the camera and they would just giggle. They followed us out to the street telling us they loved us and would miss us. As we shut the door to leave one little girl shouted out to Kristy, I will miss you Kristy. They never asked for anything but they loved being touched, hugged, and spoken to. For a moment in time they saw the love of Jesus in action. They like it and we liked showing it. The story doesn’t end here read down a few more captions to get the rest of the story. Go to "A God Directed Prayer."

We all have much to be thankful for don't we? We will be here until our Monday. Then we leave for the mountain churches to minister in the crusades they have set up. We are all leaving in an hour to have dinner with some of the leadership of Lift Jesus Higher Ministry. We start preaching tomorrow morning. Please pray for God's anointing. An Unexpected Welcome!
When I say, “an unexpected welcome,” I mean a completely unexpected welcome. We had gotten off the plane in Bacolod. We were dragging and trying to obtain our luggage when Gary Fondren said, “Pastor Aaron you have got to come see this.” I had already seen stark poverty and many sweet people doing their best with little to nothing and I had only walked a few hundred yards. Then just outside of this very small Airport was Pastor Ronnie & Salome with a huge crowd of people from their church. They were hold up a sign that said, Welcome Pastor Aron and team of Crossfire Ministries.” I wanted to run out side but I couldn’t until we collected our luggage. The overwhelming love these people showed us made me begin to weep. It was awesome. They had gathered there at 5:30 AM (in the early morning). They had gathered there three hours before our plane was even expected, because they didn’t want to miss welcoming us. Words can’t express the way it made us all feel. That alone made the trip worth it all. To feel that kind of love and appreciation was overwhelming. A humbled Pastor and Team

Philippines Trip Comming Soon!
Last year, Ronnie and Salome Binas from our Philippines sister-church came to the U.S. to visit us. We were blessed by their ministry and their reports of what the Crossfire financial support and prayers have been doing to help plant churches, win souls and disciples. In our efforts to reach out with the gospel, we have been able to reach out effectively. Ronnie and Salome also reported that great revival is happening in the Philippines.
They also made urgent requests for us to come and train leaders as well as minister in crusades and mountain churches. We accepted their requests and decided on a date that best suited their climate and calendar. The two weeks prior to “Easter”/Resurrection Sunday worked out to be the best dates for them. We will be leaving March 30th and will be returning April 15th (the team will be back for Resurrection Sunday morning). Please pray for our team of nine who will be traveling to minister in the Philippines.
I know that this will be a great investment for us financially, but we also know that God has promised to win souls and strengthen our brethren in the Philippines. We have raised only 20% of the needed budget for this outreach trip. Please consider supporting this trip. I am asking every one to pray for protection, direction, anointing, effectiveness in all that we do in the Philippines.
Serving a Powerful God,
Pastor Aaron L. Taylor

So I jumped in to meet them. John Eaton also played and talked with some local kids. The toilet paper lady is one of hosts and a wonderful woman of God. She keep the T.P. because no place had it.

Philippines Team Given the Key to the City by the Mayor
We were given the key to the City of Escalante and asked to pray for the Mayor. Later that night we had a great meeting with over one thousand in attendance and three hundred answered the altar call. It was a powerful night of Worship and the Word. We were asked Last night by the mayor to please come back and do a longer set of meetings. The Negros Island Daily Bulletin wrote a large article about our team and why we are in the Philippines. For once we had a paper quote us correctly and were unashamed of the gospel.

Tayasan A Center of Outreach to Negros, Oriental Philippines
This is a wonderful Church with a very dedicated and annointed family. Bong & Perl Nimer along with their grown children and a congregation of wonderful people are reaching out to their community and the surrounding mountain church with all they have. To say they have sacrificed and given of themselves is a great understatement. We had a great time of Worship. They have a wonderful worship team with people like us who love to praise and celebrate God. THe H.O.D. Team was excellent and once again made Cindy cry. The prayer time was the highlight of the night. God moved powerfully. Lives were changed like only Jesus knows how to do best. Greeted with Open Arms and a Lei Around Our Necks
During the beginning of the meeting we began to sing a song about greeting one another with the Love of the Lord and while we were singing, they brought out hand-made real leis made out of real flowers. They had spend the afternoon making them for our team. They smelled amazing and it was a very honoring & humbling experience. We have truly been treated wonderful and have been welcomed with open arms by everyone that we have met.

Help Get A New Roof Over The Pastors Head

Aaron

Breakfast in Bacolod With Our Wonderful Hosts!

I am studying and getting prepared for many days ministry back to back. I want to have more than a word. I want to have the right, Holy Spirit anointed Word for the right moment. Please begin to pray even now for this up coming ministry. Pastor Aaron

On Our Way to the Philippines Guess Who?
We had a great surprise when we ran into Jamie Montera in the Sea-Tac airport. Jamie and his family are great friends of mine as well as friends of and co labors with Crossfire. He was on his way home from ministering in Alaska. Some of you will remember him as one of our camp speakers at an Impact Summer Camp and B.T.I. Winter Camp, as well. It was good to see him and feel the support and kindred spirit between us all. Pastor Aaron Taylor & Team, Leaving Seattle

Philippines Missionaries Help Send Team!
Sunday Morning started with a bang and never looked back. Prayer time got a little crazy and all I can say is WOW. If you missed Sunday morning you really missed it. Sunday Evening Fred & Nory Kal (Missionaries to the Philippines) came by to send us off and minister in our Church. They just happened to be in the states for a few weeks. They are going to be returning for the meetings with our team. Fred has been an interpreter for many years and he will be our interpreter in the mountain churches in just a few short days and many miles from now!

Taylor
